You will:
- Explore the 7 principles of Huna, Hawaiian spirituality, and how they complement other indigenous teachings, techniques, philosophies and religions.
- Eliminate blocks to well-being with the Huna mind/body process of healing.
- Engage in Ho'opono Pono (ancient conflict resolution) and other practices to integrate into today's world for a healthier lifestyle.
- Enhance your understanding through 'Olelo Hawai'i (the language), Mele (song), Hula (dance), and Mo'olelo (stories & myths told around the fire pit).
- Experience a Taste of Hawai'i with a Hawaiin plate lunch of chicken luau, poi, lomi lomi salmon, haupia (coconut pudding), macadamia nuts & punch.
Presenter
Sandy Shipley took a vacation in Hawai'i which lasted 24 years! Steeped in the many cultures of the islands, she studied Eastern and Polynesian philosophies and metaphysics.
Sandy returned to the mainland where she is a counselor, teacher, minister and public speaker through her company Sage Creative™. She shares Huna in ways that enhance your sense of connection to all life and tap your inner powers.
